1. Connect your bookings
Forward booking confirmation emails to your private RaveRobin address, send them from your own system with our API, upload a CSV, or add customers by hand. We never log into your inbox.
2. We time the ask for your industry
Two hours after a salon appointment, the next morning after a car repair, an hour after a class. Only between 9:00 and 20:00 in your time zone, never twice in 90 days, and one reminder after 3 days unless they’ve already reviewed.
3. Your customer gets a friendly email
From your business name, with your address and a one-click “Don’t ask me again” link. Walk-ins can scan a QR code at your counter instead.
4. They review in their own words
They choose their stars, write a few words, and tap Post on Google: we copy the text and open your Google review form, so posting is one paste. Every rating sees the same button.
5. Reviews show up on your website
If the customer ticks “Show my review on your website”, it appears in your widget with a Verified visit label. You can hide a review only if it’s abusive or shares private details.
6. You see it all, every Monday
Your dashboard shows requests, link opens, ratings and Google review clicks, with a Monday email report. Private feedback comes straight to you.
