Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, no card, up to 150 review requests. Choose a plan in Settings whenever you’re ready. If you don’t, requests pause and your bookings keep arriving.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from Settings. Changes apply right away and are prorated.
What counts as a request?
Each customer we ask for a review counts once. The one reminder is free.
What happens if I hit my cap?
New requests that month are skipped and marked “Monthly cap reached” until your plan resets or you upgrade. We email you at 80% and at 100%.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
